Serves 4-6
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add corn and cook until heated through, about 7 minutes. Season with salt; stir frequently.
Whisk together crema and mayonnaise in a separate medium bowl; set aside.
Place 1/2 cup corn in a serving cup, add a layer of 2 tablespoons mayonnaise/crema, and top with another 1/2 cup of corn. Top with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise/crema mixture, a sprinkle of chili-lime powder, cilantro, 1 tablespoon cotija cheese, and lime juice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
