Good Morning Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 2 1/2 cups Real California plain or vanilla kefir or drinkable yogurt – 2/3 cup oats, plus more for garnish – 1 banana, frozen – 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish – 1/4 cup raisins, optional – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if not using vanilla kefir) – Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste, plus more for garnish :Frozen Drink, Smoothie, Kefir Drink, Vanilla, Oats, Cinnamon

Directions:

Prep time: 10 minutes

In the jar of a blender, combine kefir, oats, banana, cinnamon, raisins, if using, and vanilla, if using; blend until smooth. Add maple syrup to taste. Serve garnished with additional oats and cinnamon.

Makes 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
