Ingredients:

– 5 California Prunes – 1/2 cup Real California vanilla yogurt – 1/2 cup Real California milk – 1/4 cup rolled oats – 1 teaspoon flax seeds – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons honey, optional – 1 cup of ice :Smoothie, Prunes, High Fiber

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes: To make this smoothie extra indulgent, dip the rim of the glass in honey and then a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Yield: 1 smoothie
