Preheat an oven to 400°F.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough out to a 12- to 14-in. round. Transfer to a pizza pan or a flour - or cornmeal-dusted pizza paddle and brush with the oil. Top with the pizza sauce, onions, tomatoes, sausage, rosemary, and Mozzarella. Bake until the pizza is golden, about 15 minutes.

The hidden part of this pizza is all of the stuff under the cheese, especially the onions. You kind of expect regular onions but the cipollinis are caramelized and really special.
