Ingredients:

– 4 dates, pitted – 1 cup Real California milk or lactose-free milk – ¾ cup Real California cottage cheese – 1 banana, frozen – ⅛ tsp cinnamon Cottage Cheese, Milk, Smoothie, Frozen Drink, Shake, Dates, Banana, Date Shake

Directions:

1. Chop dates and soak in milk for 10 minutes to soften.

2. Place all ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes. Blend thoroughly.

3. Enjoy!
