California Greek Yogurt Cup

Ingredients:

– 18 cups cup nonfat Real California Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla or favorite flavor) – 12 cup diced fresh fruit (berries, banana, melon or apple) – 3/4 cup no-sugar preserves – 6 cups low-fat granola

Directions:

Spoon ¼ cup of the Greek yogurt into a bowl or parfait glass. Add ¾ teaspoon of the preserves, 1/8 cup of the granola and ¼ cup of the fruit. Repeat layers.

Suggested variations:

Strawberry Greek yogurt, sliced strawberries and bananas, strawberry preserves

Peach Greek yogurt, diced fresh or frozen peaches, 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans

Apricot mango Greek yogurt, chopped dried apricots, 1 1/2 cups toasted walnuts
