Thread cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in alternate layers on skewers. Once complete, drizzle with a mixture of balsamic, oil, salt and pepper (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, salt and pepper to taste). Sprinkle with chopped basil. Serve
Use kabob skewers to layer cherry tomatoes and Ciliegine Mozzarella, these are bite sized mozzarella balls whose name means “Cherries” because they are about the size of a cherry or cherry tomato. Drizzle a mixture of Balsamic vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive oil, salt and pepper mixture and top with chopped basil. I used Distefano’s mozzarella. Served with olives and charcuterie.
