Dip-It-Good Kefir Sauce Trio

Ingredients:

For Ranch Sauce: – 1 cup Real California Milk plain kefir or plain yogurt – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill and chives – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For Avocado Sauce: – 1 cup Real California Milk plain kefir or plain yogurt – 1 small avocado, halved, pitted and peeled – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill and chives – 1 lemon, juiced – Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For Chipotle Sauce: – 1 cup Real California Milk plain kefir or plain yogurt – 2 tablespoons chipotle pepper in adobo, minced – Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste For serving: – Store-bought or homemade grilled chicken strips, kept hot – Assorted crudites, such as carrot sticks, celery sticks and broccoli florets :Sauces, Dips, Lunchable, Ranch, Avocado, Chipotle, Kefir

Directions:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

For Ranch Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk kefir (or yogurt), herbs and garlic powder together until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

For Avocado Sauce: Place kefir (or yogurt), avocado, herbs and lemon juice in food processor and blend, scraping down the sides, as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

For Chipotle Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk kefir (or yogurt) and chipotle together until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

For Serving: Cook chicken bites according to package directions. Serve chicken bites and assorted crudites with ranch, avocado and chipotle dip.

Serves: 4 servings

Tip: Kefir dips can be stored refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
