Hot Cocoa Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1/4 cup chopped California Prunes – 1 tablespoon chia seeds – 1/4 cup Real California vanilla yogurt (or substitute plain) – 1 tablespoon honey or prune puree – 1 tablespoon cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional) – 3/4 cup Real California milk :Overnight, Prunes, High Fiber

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight chilling)

Cook Time: 1 minute

Combine oats, prunes, chia seeds, yogurt, prune puree or honey, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips in a jar or large mug.

Pour in milk and stir well to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, microwave for 1 minute, stir, and continue to microwave in 30-second increments until hot. Enjoy a warm, wholesome breakfast.
