Indian Spice Butter

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup California butter, softened – 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon each: ground cumin, ground coriander and granulated garlic

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for 1 week.
