Ingredients:

– 1 cup nonfat Real California milk or lactose-free milk – 1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes – 2 tablespoons lime juice – 1 teaspoon sugar – 4 ice cubes

Place milk, mango, lime juice and sugar in blender or food processor. Puree for 1 minute. Add ice cubes and process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
