Recipes
You can make this board in a circular version and or in a coffin shaped chip bowl. Both use the same cheeses.
Prepare skull: Using a shape knife, carve brie or camembert wheel into a skull. Scoop out a bit from the eyes, nose and mouth and place raspberry jam inside. Add salami “roses” and edible flowers for crown.
Prepare ghost cheese: Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut white cheese. Add eyes and mouth using a straw to cut out those holes.
Prepare pumpkin cheese: Use a pumpkin cookie cutter to cut orange cheddar. If you want a more defined pumpkin look you can carve the lines on the top.
Prepare personal jam servings: Use a red colored jam and thin a little with water. Serve in mini syringes.
Round: Cheese skull with salami and edible flower crown, fresh figs, pumpkin and ghost cheeses, crackers, mini grapes, olives, gooseberries, fresh sage and opal basil, jam syringes and plastic spiders.
Coffin: Cheese skull with salami and edible flower crown, Mexican cookies, mini grapes, pumpkin and ghost cheeses, candy corn, pistachios, fresh sage and opal basil, jam syringes and plastic spiders.
