Ingredients:

– 1/4 pound Real California Monterey Jack – 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli-style smoked turkey – Thin whole-grain cracker – Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

1. Cut slices of Jack cheese to fit the crackers. Top each cracker with a slice of turkey, a slice of cheese and a small dab (1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon) of barbecue sauce.
